Ordered the beef and broccoli, beef lo mein lunch meals, and the vegetable fried rice dish. Our beef lo mein order was misinterpreted, and chicken lo mein was brought out instead. After a disagreement with our server about the order. Management stepped in and graciously corrected it. The beef in both meals was tender and succulent to our tastes. But the fried rice in both was dry without flavor. The egg drop soup was flavorful, deliciously hot, and well complemented the complete meal. But by far the star of the meal was the vegetable fried rice. Heaping large portions, filled with a delightful blend of fresh crisp vegetables.
Nice little treasure to find in Vernal Utah while on a quick road trip. We were traveling with a vegan, a vegetarian and an omnivore. All of us were able to eat and eat well here! Good enough we actually returned on a three day visit! Great value, excellent food. Definitely will go again if I am in the area!
Now Ive eaten here about 10 times, ill give a review. I feel Jade Lion is the best Chinese food around. Their cook is very good, the fried food is very light and delicious , The Happy Family is very very good,. Im sorry to say, Im ok with Canton City, but the Jade Lion is hands down much tastier food!My Wife and I

I was surprised at how delicious the food was! There was more tempura the plate in the photo I am posting but it looks so tasty that I had to dig in before taking a picture. The Crunchyroll was our favorite! I wish there would have been a little bit more sauce given with the tempura but I would return again for sure.
The food was good but I think our waitress forgot what we wanted. We ordered appetizers and then she did not come back to order entrees until to late.
We love this place. Everything we've had so far has been fantastic. Food is great, hot, and fresh. Service has always been great. They have fantastic options for everyone. I'm told their sushi is the best around. I dont think there's anything bad I could say. Highly recommended.
This place is simple, but we get impressed by the food flavor and quality. We loved it!!! Hope we get the opportunity to come join this nice restaurant again.
